Religious joke

A Sunday School class of about ten kids is being run. The teacher asks, “What body part do you think goes to Heaven first?”
Little Susie says, “Your head goes in first, because you float up.”
Little Janie says, “No. Your hands go in first because you’re praying.”
Little Johnny says, “You’re both wrong. You go in feet-first.” The teacher is perplexed. “Why feet first, Johnny?”
Johnny says, “Last night, I went into Mommy and Daddy’s bedroom and Mommy’s feet were in the air, and she said, ‘Oh God, I’m coming!’”
No More School

Prom was a huge success and everyone had a great time. I was at school today getting my leavers form signed and I have to say, it still hasn’t sunk in that I am leaving school. Maybe it’s because I am looking forward to university so much. I know I will miss school and the people I met there who I won’t be able to keep in touch with but I am looking at the positive. There will be many, many people who I will keep in touch with.
Now that prom is over and the leavers form is signed, there is truly no going back.
Thursday Morning
by admin on Jun.12, 2008, under school
It is Thursday morning and I feel I should be at school. This afternoon I am going to pick up my kilt for the for my school prom tomorrow night. I am really looking forward to the prom.
Yesterday, I worked from 9am to 9pm. It’s actually quite nice to get twelve hours of work over and done with in one day. I wasn’t so optimistic at the time, however. I am also working quite a bit over the weekend.
On Monday night I will be going to Linda’s. Carolyn and Camy, who are living in California, will be there and I look forward to seeing them.
At one o’clock on Tuesday I will be getting picked up for my first driving lesson. Although I have been driving with my Dad for a few months, I am thoroughly looking forward to ‘proper’ driving lessons.
On Tuesday night, a selection of floorball teams will come together for a small, fun tournament which will see players from different league teams mixing. It will be a four aside tournament and will last most of the summer. The teams will be chosen so that, as best as possible, each team will consist of players from different league teams.
No More Exams

This morning I sat my final SQA exam which was Chemistry. It went better than I expected and now all I have to do is wait for the results.
I now have a long summer holidays ahead of me. Tomorrow, I will be working from 9am to 9pm overtime. I enjoy my work and look forward to working more over the summer.
It is great not having exams to worry about. Now, I can really look forward to university.
SQA Exams

All that’s left is to sit one final exam and then there will be no going back to school. Next year I will studying Mechanical Engineering at Heriot Watt University. I can’t wait!
In my final year at school I studied three subjects: Advanced Higher Maths, Advanced Higher Physics and Higher Chemistry.
I have sat my Maths and Physics exams and tomorrow, at 9am, is the dreaded Chemistry exam. To be honest, Physics went rather well. Maths, on the other hand, was a difficult exam. Thankfully, I want the only one who thought it was hard and possibly the grade boundaries will reflect the difficulty. Who knows how hard tomorrows exam will be.
I have always found Chemistry a very hard subject but lately I have put a lot of work into it and I hope my results reflect that.
I will have to wait until August to get my results. Fingers crossed! Even though I don’t need my results this year as I am already accepted at university, it would be very nice to finish my time at school with good results.
At 11:30am I will never have a school exam to do again and the long (4 months to be exact) summer holidays begin.
Joke

The science teacher stood in the front of the class and said, “Children, if you could have one raw material in the world, what would it be?”
Little Stevie raised his hand and said “I would want gold, because gold is worth a lot of money and I could buy a Corvette.” The teacher nodded, and then she called on little Susie.
Little Susie said, “I would want platinum because platinum is worth more than gold and I could buy a Porsche.” The teacher smiled, and then she called on Little Johnny.
Little Johnny stood up and said, “I would want silicone.” The teacher said, “Silicone? Why silicone, Little Johnny?” “Because my mom has two bags of the stuff and you should
see all the sports cars outside our house!”
